Read on the Uplit app
Books and audiobooks from Australian writers — free and paid — right on your phone.
Every book in the app was written and published the same way — a writer uploaded or drafted it on Uplit and it went through editorial review. Most come out the other side as a finished ebook, often with a narrated audiobook alongside it. A writer can also choose to publish as they go instead, with new chapters appearing as they're written — a book doing that says so on its own page, with the date the writer has committed to finishing it. Some books are free, some are paid; writers set their own price.
Want to see a real one first? Musical Island by Natalie Mitz — a YA fantasy adventure — is live in the app as both an ebook and an audiobook.
